Do you own a shop?
Currently no. We’re doing online blogshop only.

How do I make an order?
Via "ORDER FORM" that we provided on side-link of our front page.

When will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
-For email confirmation, within 5 minutes.

-For texting (SMS) confirmation, within 24 hours.
( We do confirmation via texting (SMS) with you again due to the safety )

What should I do if I don't receive any email or texting (SMS) confirmation of my order after 24 hours ?
You may fill up the " CONTACT US " form to us about this.

How often do you launch the new product?
-We are trying to get more products, every launch will be made every single day or once a week.

Do you offer further discount?
-No. Does not jack up the price or further discount just to let customer happy. We will try cut down some postage fee( item which included postage ) for big amount of item shipped. The price you get from here is HONESTLY, REASONABLE, WORTHY price!

Which of post service that you offer?
-POSLAJU - Encouraged due to safety arrival of parcel.

-OTHERS - internationally.

How do you charge for postage?
-POSLAJU - mostly of product included postage. For excluded postage, RM6 for WM, RM8 for EM. Continously charge RM2 per 100g.
-POSEXPRESS - Depend on how many of item you ordered.

Do you ship for free?
Included postage of item will be stated.

How do I track and find where my order is?
You may track with tracking number that we texting (SMS) to you after we shipped the parcel on POSLAJU pages.

How soon can I receive my order?
-POSLAJU - For WM, within 1 business day. For EM, 1-3 business days.
- POSEXPRESS - For WM, within 3 business day. For EM, 3-

Can I ship to my office address or other resident address?
Yes.You may fill in the alternate address at "MESSAGE/REQUEST/QUERIES" box in the "ORDER FORM".

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Postage will be charged to buyer.

What can I do if my order did not arrive after 3 business days?
-Refer to POSLAJU website to track the tracking number again or call to their services line. If it can’t work out, kindly give us a message via email or texting (SMS).

Which of the bank that you provided for payment? , PublicBank , OCBC Bank and others upon request.

How do I get your provided bank account number to make the payment? We'll send you the account number of which bank that you chosen when fill in the form of order.

How much should I pay for amount of RM32.70, RM46, RM18 if using deposit machine?
We'll try to give some discount to round-off the amount, example RM32.70 to RM32. / For the amount of RM46, or RM18, we'll send you back the balance changes along your parcel.

Where do you provided for C.O.D.?
Kajang, Bandar Baru Bangi, Sungai Chua are the places nearest to us. We trying to make C.O.D. in Kuala Lumpur, Sunway, Puchong, Kepong, even Nilai, Melaka, Ipoh and Penang.

Why do you charge on C.O.D. ?
The farest, the high paid of C.O.D. fee. Petrol, toll fee are highest pay now, hope you understand our situation to be good seller and kick the monthly target.

Are your product is 100% HANDMADE?
Yes! Definitely! Call us if you found out exactly the same of item (design,fabrics,material)!

Are your product is second-hand?
No. We do not sell the product in second-hand. All are in new condition. Except the categories for "PRELOVED"

Are your product safety? means long-lasting?
We guaranteed the BEST quality given to our customer! By the way, we providing services to repair/re-sew the item bought from us!

What can I do if I received the item wasn't my order?
Contact us immediately. Speak to us for the best way to set down this problem.

Can I return purchased item?
Conditions and Terms:
-Contact us or return the item within 5 days of receipt.

-We only received purchased item because of:-

(a) Not same due to the order that customer made.
(b) Damaged or broken goods.

-No item will be accepted after it had been used.

-All the return item must be along with a copy of the official receipt.

Choose either one:-

-We resend the item that you ordered;

-Exchange with the same value item
(We do not charge any extra fees for you to exchange the item. Postage fee is free);
-Full refund exactly the price and postage(
We need the original official recepit to make the refund).

Process of return purchased item:-

-Re-post the item in good condition with POSLAJU form and bag that we provided.
-We’ll pay back the postage fee to you along with the next parcel.

My ordered parcel not arrive, what can I do?
Do check on POSLAJU tracking page with the tracking number that we'd given.

If I received the goods is not the one I ordered, what can I do?
